Bible Discussion Groups

Small groups offer us a great opportunity to connect with others and grow. At the Church in the Marketplace there are a variety of discussion groups to enable people to meet and grow in their understanding of the Bible and how to apply its truths to their lives. Some groups operate all year around, others meet for 6-8 weeks to focus on a particular topic.

Currently, the following groups are meeting:


Zoom Bible Discussion Group

Delve into the fascinating book of Mark, and find out what Jesus had to say to his disciples – including us.
No preparation or previous experience studying the Bible is required.

Where: on Zoom

When: Each Thursday in September, 6-7.30pm

Men on Mondays

This is a men’s fellowship and Bible Study group.

Where: The group is held weekly via Zoom

When: Every Monday from 7:30pm.

Young Adults Bible Study

This group is for youth and young adults who wish to delve deeper into the Bible. We will be discussing, reflecting, and studying a variety of topics in the Bible while sharing a meal together. For catering purposes, please contact [email protected] if you wish to join us at the Bible Study.

Where: Church in the Marketplace and sometimes at other locations

When: Wednesday night, 7:00-8:30pm, during school terms.

Morning Bible Study Group

This group is an inspiring group of mostly older men and women, but everyone is very welcome to join them. During the year they study a wide variety of topics, but they always include a strong emphasis on applying the teachings of the Bible into their own lives and actions.

Where: The Coleman Auditorium, Ground Floor, Church in the Marketplace
