CMP WEEKEND AWAY 2026 – RATES AND REGISTRATION

We hope you can join us for CMP weekend away 2026!

Rates for the event are below.

We want to make it possible for everyone to come away with us. If the cost of coming may be a problem please contact Rev Peter Chapman to find out how we can help!

Full weekend rate includes 2 nights accommodation, all meals (Friday evening until Sunday lunchtime) and activities.

Saturday visit rate includes 2 meals (lunch and dinner) plus activities.  Suggested day visit time:  arrive by 9:00am depart approx 9pm.

Sunday visit rate includes morning and afternoon tea plus activities:  Suggested day visit time:  arrive by 9:00am – depart at 2pm.

You can register in various ways:  by completing the webform below, downloading and printing this pdf of the registration form (coming soon) and emailing it to church ([email protected]), or in person at church with the printed registration form provided at Sunday worship.

 Child  $132 Attendees aged 4-18 years.
 Infant  $0 Attendees aged under 4 years.
 BYO Tent Camper – Adult  $122 Attendees aged 18+.  BYO tent or speak to the organisers about use of a tent.
 BYO Tent Camper – Child  $90 Attendees aged under 18 years.  BYO tent or speak to the organisers about use of a tent.
Saturday visit  – Adult  $85 Day visitors (Saturday) aged 18+.  Includes meals (lunch, dinner and afternoon tea) and activities for a FULL day of fun.
Saturday Visit – Child  $60 Day visitors (Saturday) aged 4-18 years.  Includes meals (lunch, dinner and afternoon tea) and age appropriate activities for a FULL day of fun.
Saturday visit – Infant  $0 Day visitors (Saturday) aged under 4 years.  Includes meals (lunch, dinner and afternoon tea) and age appropriate activities for a FULL day of fun.
Sunday visit – Adult  $40 Day visitors (Sunday) aged 18+.  Includes meals (morning tea and lunch) and activities for a FULL morning of fun, worship and fellowship.
Sunday visit – Child  $30 Day visitors (Sunday) aged 4-18 years.  Includes meals (morning tea and lunch) and age appropriate activities for a FULL morning of fun, worship and fellowship.
Sunday visit – Infant  $0 Day visitors (Sunday) aged under 4 years.  Includes meals (morning tea and lunch) and age appropriate activities for a FULL morning of fun, worship and fellowship.

  • This is the name of the person submitting the registration. This person will be the email contact for the registered attendees. If an extra person needs to be added to the event email list please contact the church office [email protected]. **FOR UNACCOMPANIED CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS A PARENT/GUARDIAN SHOULD COMPLETE THIS SECTION (a permission form will be emailed to you).**
