CMP CAMP 2025 – RATES AND REGISTRATION

We hope you can join us for CMP Camp 2025!

Rates for camp are below.

We want to make it possible for everyone to come to Camp. If the cost of coming may be a problem please contact Rev Peter Chapman to find out how we can help!

Full weekend rates includes 2 nights accommodation, all meals (Friday evening until Sunday lunchtime) and activities.

Saturday visit rates include 2 meals (lunch and dinner) plus activities.  Suggested day visit time:  arrive by 9:30am depart approx 9pm.

You can register in various ways:  by completing the webform below, downloading and printing this pdf of the registration form and emailing it to church ([email protected]), or in person at church with the printed registration form provided.

 Family Rate  $420 2 adults + 2 children under 18 years.

*Large families – speak to us about a special rate.
 Adult  $190 Campers aged 18+.
 Child  $125 Campers aged 4-18 years.
 Infant  $0 Campers aged under 4 years.
 BYO Tent Camper – Adult  $115 Campers aged 18+.  BYO tent or speak to the camp organisers about use of a tent.
 BYO Tent Camper – Child  $87 Campers aged under 18 years.  BYO tent or speak to the organisers about use of a tent.
Saturday visit  – Adult  $75 Day visitors aged 18+.  Includes meals (lunch, dinner and afternoon tea) and activities for a FULL day of fun.
Saturday Visit – Child  $53 Day visitors aged 4-18 years.  Includes meals (lunch, dinner and afternoon tea) and age appropriate activities for a FULL day of fun.
Saturday visit – Infant  $0 Day visitors aged under 4 years.  Includes meals (lunch, dinner and afternoon tea) and age appropriate activities for a FULL day of fun.

  • YOUR DETAILS:

  • This is the name of the person submitting the registration. This person will be the email contact for the registered campers. If an extra person needs to be added to the camp contact email list please contact the church office [email protected]. **FOR UNACCOMPANIED CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS A PARENT/GUARDIAN SHOULD COMPLETE THIS SECTION (a permission form will be emailed to you).**

  • CAMPER DETAILS:

    Please list each camper attending and their category (Adult, child, infant etc). Families must also complete this section - you can tick "family rate" at the end of the form.
  • Please submit an additional registration for extra campers.

  • DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

  • ACCOMMODATION + OTHER REQUESTS:

    Please let us know anything else about you or other campers in your booking that you think we should know.
  • Do you have any special needs in regards to accommodation (e.g. require an en-suite or extra room for medical equipment etc). Please let us know in the box above.
  • I would like to donate some money to help someone else attend camp.
