The Word on Wednesday is a Bible discussion group which meets 2 times/month (on 2nd and 4th Wednesdays – usually!) at Church in the Market Place. Contact the church office ([email protected]) to be added to the WhatsApp Group.
Dates for Term 2 2025 are (7-8pm):
- 30 April – Luke 5:1-11 Jesus calls his first disciples
- 14 May – Luke 5:17-26 Jesus forgives and heals a paralysed man
- 28 May – Luke 7:11-17 Jesus raises a widow’s son from the dead
- 11 June – Luke 8:22-25 Jesus calms the storm
- 25 June – Luke 8:26-29 Jesus restores a demon possessed man
To get the most out of the discussion group it would be great if you could read the passage prior to the meeting. Talk to us at CMP if you don’t have access to a Bible! Or if you need help with downloading a Bible app onto your device please let us know.
